The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Property Management Company is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated and customer service driven Make Ready/Turnover Technician for our apartment community located in Blackwood , NJ.
Requirements:
1. 2 years of apartment make ready maintenance experience
2. reliable transportation
3. Valid NJ Driver’s License
4. Strong communication skills
5. Must be organized and detail oriented
6. Customer service skills
7. Team player mentality
8. Must be skilled at basic carpentry, sheet rocking, tiling, painting, light plumbing, and electrical
9. HVAC experience a plus
