Kitchen Manager The Kitchen Manager is responsible for leading all back-of-house operations to ensure food safety, quality, speed and operational excellence. The leader will develop and coach team members, maintain high standards in food preparation, and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during all service times. Key Responsibilities: Leader will set the tone for teamwork, accountability and excellence in the kitchen Lead, train, and develop team members to maintain Chick-fil-A operational standards.
